Thermal conductive potting silicone adhesive in a 1:1 ratio
JOMS 5230A/B is a two-component organic silicone thermal conductive potting compound with a thermal conductivity of 0.8W. It can be deeply cured at room temperature and is suitable for the potting protection of various heat dissipation and temperature-resistant components. It fully complies with the EU ROHS directive and the halogen REACH requirements.
